Syncro running but shows offline

I have an asset BTESM02 that shows as offline. i restarted the asset but this did not resolve the issue. i uninstalled the agent and reinstalled it and this did not solve the issue. the tray icon shows up fine. the services are running on the asset but SyncroMSP shows the asset as offline.

Does Backgrounding Tools work? These are separate systems so it can still work even with the agent offline.

There is the UUID uninstaller if all else fails. This would create a new device in Syncro when you reinstall.

If this is the only machine at a location or is running different security software/DNS this may be a connection blocking issue. Check you can access these domains: Syncro Exceptions and Allowlists
