I need help on How to create submit Ticket Icon on user Desktop so they can create a ticket with an ICON on their Desktop with our company logo?

Once you have an Agent Contact Form created, you will use a RMM Policy to assign the form to assets. For your system tray company logo, you will need a small .ico file. The file size needs to be a square like 48x48 pixels, and it has to be a .ico file . Recently, I have only been able to get the .ico file to create correctly when using an image editing program like gimp2. I have not been successful with using MS Paint.
