Employee Ticket View

Is there a way to block a technician from seeing any tickets that are NOT assigned to them? I only want technicians to see their own tickets, not the entire stream of tickets that come in. Thank you!

From my testing you would want to create a security group for your techs. Then there is a setting that reads Tickets - View “their ticket” details (assigned to them) make sure that is toggled on, and the setting Ticket - View details is toggled off. That should produce the desired outcome.

Update: You also want to uncheck “Ticket - List/Search”
