Hey all, we just pushed a small update to the new Ticket Time By Customer Report. There was the bug reported where it was only using first/last name and not business name which is now resolved, and we also added a “Rate” column based on user feedback.
Thank you for the announcement. I know that we recently requested the “rate” be added to the report “Ticket Time By Technician” aka “Tech Hours Report”. Is there any update as to when this will be implemented?
