New Feature - Add Time On Behalf Of A Technician

Hey everyone!

We just pushed out a new feature which allows you to add time to a ticket on behalf of another technician. This will give you and your billing admins the ability to add missed time on tickets as part of your regular approve and post process. This feature is behind a security permission as well, ensuring only the designated users have access to the feature.

While I love to see big features - I really love to see more of these smaller features as well. Quality of life updates have a lot of value behind them.
