We’ve just released new functionality adding significant granularity to how you bill your clients.
You can now define minimum increments per labor type, meaning if you want to round on-site labor to the nearest 30 minute increment, while rounding your remote labor to the nearest 5 minute increment, you can now do so.
On top of this, we’ve also added the ability to define minimum time entries per labor type as well. So you can now say your on-site visits must be at least one hour minimum, and your remote support must be at least 15 minutes minimum.
