We’re offering two new reports— ticket efficiency by customer and technician— for tracking consumed time both by customer as well as by technician based on the average duration of any given ticket remaining in a “workable status.”
These reports will empower our partners to identify opportunities such as:
- Underperforming or overperforming technicians to properly align their skill sets with the tickets and customers they are taking on.
- “VIP Customers” and customers that are consuming inordinate amounts of time — diminishing their contract value.
