I honestly hate the new ticket view. it takes too much screen for ticket, i missed the old compact view of the tickets.
Yeah, completely agree. Or, making it actually search all the things would be even better.
I very much like having the grouping saved with the view.
Even better would be having the column selection saved with the view.

100% agree with this. It would add massive flexibility to the saved searching, especially when used in conjunction with custom asset types that have no need for the bulk of those Syncro Device fields.
