Whenever I open my Syncro app i am not being prompted for any sort of credentials or biometrics. I had to turn this on manually in the settings.
What if my techs don’t do this and their phone is compromised? Shouldn’t these sorts of security measures be a default?
It’s like that incident of 2FA not being turned on across the board for Repairshopr a few months back so as not to annoy old school users or something, then they had their accounts compromised.
When it comes to security Syncro needs to be building with this foremost in mind. Our customer data is really, REALLY important to both them and us by extension - you guys need to be doing everything you can to make sure that the default settings of your applications are protecting both them and us.
Also shouldn’t you have a team dedicated to this sort of stuff that are actively looking for these vulnerabilities?
I’m having an issue with the new app sending out emails. I select the Send Email checkbox but it just adds it as a public note. This happens on all tickets.
