New Windows Patching Dashboard (Beta)
We’ve added a pretty wicked new dashboard for Windows Patching that breaks down things like compliance across your fleet, devices missing updates, patches broken down by category and Workstation/Server, and more.
This will now provide much cleaner insights compared to our previous patching reports. You can find this in the new “Patching” tab.
End User Management
We have completely retooled how end users/contacts appear within Syncro. The end user tab on Organization records has been completely reworked into a new table, and each end user can be drilled into for additional information, including associated assets and additional data provided by Entra ID syncs.
Ticket Metric Standardization
This update brings improvements and standardization to ticket metrics across the Syncro platform, ensuring better consistency and making it easier to access key information across ticket views and reports. We’ve improved metrics like Average First Response Time and Average Resolution Time, helping you gain deeper insights into your team’s performance and customer satisfaction while maintaining consistency and clarity.
