I just wanted to provide an update that the team actively working on the sync issues with Xero. Please check our Known Issues board for details. If you are experiencing any other unusual behavior from Xero not associated with this known issue please reach out to support.
Xero sync has not worked properly for the entire 15 months that we have used it. I deal with it and manually sync 100’s of invoices and payments in a given month. Starting this month, I can no longer manually sync. No error message, nothing. Support has not been helpful. I have an open case 00185702. I am super frustrated.

I’m just trying to set up Xero integration as a new user. Is there an ETA on this being fixed?
