Syncro support requests going unanswered?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues over the past couple weeks getting in touch with Syncro’s support team? My team has submitted a few support request emails, and even after several follow-ups the ticket goes unanswered. It’s becoming frustrating.

Yes. Very slow response times.

This is crazy. On my end, tickets are going more than a week between each response!

Same here. Been waiting a month for them to fix my broken reports module.
