Missing automated responses to new Support Tickets

@canden.hicks I sent in two tickets around 10:50 this morning and have not received any response. I did doublecheck my spam filter and nothing form Syncro stuck there either. Did Syncro recently disable auto ticket received responses on your internal helpdesk system? Is there any way to confirm if the tickets I sent in were actually recieved or if I need to re-submit?
