We’ve opened a few support tickets with Syncro in the new system over the past month and it seems like it’ll say “We need more information” or “Support is waiting for your reply” but there’s no responses or anything… are we missing something?
One of these tickets was regarding incorrect charges for a month and a whole month went by and we were charged again incorrectly… no response from support during that time.
I raised a ticket 2 days ago, struggling to get anything out of Syncro. Begining to think this product is just not supported
Not sure why you are having the issues… We have been with Syncro for 5 years. Support has improved over that time and I just had an issue resolved over chat support which was a great experience.

We moved to Syncro around 3 months ago. In all honesty the support is terrible and we are considering moving away as we just cant be on a product that is not supported.
We have had a ticket open 2 weeks now and it just is barely even being looked at, let alone fixed. Jessica I would happily provide the ticket number but it doesnt seem to be on the support emails?
It seems they made changes into the ticket system - that is what is causing the delays. As for supported, yes they will help you as best they can. We been using them for a while now and we had our tickets answer with in a few mins or a reach out with in a day or two. As for how quickly something can be fixed - that will depend on the issue of course.
