Support issues!

I’m having hard time getting getting responses in this forum, Reddit and the contact us within syncro. Seems like support isn’t the first priority.

Is this the norm?

Our forums aren’t official support channels, so we don’t have support folks actively monitoring them. You can obtain support right in the app by using the support widget in the bottom right of the screen within your Syncro instance.

Let me know if you have any issues getting that going.

Okay good to know thank you. I have been using the support in the tool but then the guys disappear for half a day and we never finished the conversation. I’ll be patient and try and wait.
