OK, the last time in March, when the updates bombed, I lost a day’s worth of work in a restore.
Is there an admin that can assure me that we’re not wasting our time using Syncro this morning?

Support just got back to me and they can’t replicate the issue. Do you mind submitting a ticket so that I can have them look closer at your individual Syncro instance?
