Update To Ticket Timer for Non-US based accounts

Hello everyone,

We have been working on a bug in the Ticket Timer which was resulting in the date entries not respecting the account locale, and instead defaulting back to the US date format. The fix to this is taking more time than originally thought, and with that in mind we decided to temporarily disable the Ticket Timer Update for accounts outside of the North America. We sincerely apologize for this bug having impacted you like it has.
