Unable to download RMM Agent Installer within Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2

Getting Windows Installer package problem when trying to download RMM. I tried both .msi and exe as well as running them as admin. Ensured that .Net is over 4.6.2. All the servers that I’m having an issue with have .4.8 .NET version. Anyone have any idea? thanks

There may be other windows updates related to SSL/TLS or something that need to be done also.

Is this a clean (ish) install of server 2012? I recently had the same issue and had to make sure the machine was fully patched and updated first, then upgraded .net framework, and was finally able to install.
