Does Backgrounding Tools work? These are separate systems so it can still work even with the agent offline.

There is the UUID uninstaller if all else fails. This would create a new device in Syncro when you reinstall.

Assets Duplicated or Reporting Incorrectly

When an agent gets installed on a cloned endpoint, it will appear in the Asset list as the original Asset. You may see duplicate Assets in Syncro.
