All of our scheduled reports have not worked for months. I’ve opened multiple tickets and not getting any closer to resolution. This response I received from support was: “the scheduled reports issue is related to an open development case currently being reviewed by the dev team”. It’s been weeks and no update or anything. Are scheduled reports broken for everyone? If so, how is this not being treated as a critical issue? Thanks

Is no one using reports? Seems like I am the only one. Syncro doesn’t seem to think it is a priority either.
We use them also and they aren’t working for us. We have some monthlies that haven’t fired since August.
We had issues with scheduled reports months and months ago and that’s since been resolved. If you are still seeing issues there please let me know your support ticket number and I’ll be sure that gets escalated.
