Can't Add Customers to Scheduled Reports

I can no longer add customers to scheduled reports. Usually, I type a customer’s name in the Select Customers field and the customer appears, then I click the name to add them to the report list.
Now, no matter what I type in the box, the pop-up does not appear and I can’t add the customer.

I’ve tried:

  • Incognito mode
  • Different browser
  • Different device
  • Different Syncro user
  • Different customer
  • Manually typing full customer name

No luck.Syncro team, can you assist?

I was able to replicate this on my end. I have reported this to the product team. Thanks for raising this.

Hi, I wanted to update that Andy escalated this as promised. We are opening a ticket for this report, and will be asking the devs to dig into this and get it solved. Sincere apologies for you encountering this!

I wanted to update here that we deployed a fix for this and you can add customers to Scheduled Reports once again. Should you encounter any issues with this, please let us know.
