Usually a fairly important feature for many ISP’s and MSP’s
I’m not going to ask the obvious and ask why it is not in Syncro , but when are you guys planning to add it ?
To the community , how are you managing Projects ? Do you have anything that integrates with Syncro using an API ?
We need to resolve this Hole in the features , we have been using tickets and check sheets for project planning but it is messy and unprofessional.
I’d like to see less emphasis on tweaking interfaces to make them prettier and adding less important features like how clients are feeling about their tickets and have your team build solid functionality by adding this into the platform.
Thoughts ?
