We’ve just released the ability to enter detailed time entries while adding new tickets comments.

You can see this functionality in action in the video below.

Nice! When can we expect this to be live on our accounts? I looked for it today (Jun 18th) and wasn’t live yet.

It’s live now. You just need to enable it in your admin settings since it will change the global behavior.
