So I’m in the middle of merging two syncro instances together and need some help on a few things:
How can I import tickets from one syncro to another (might be missing something obvious here and google provided nothing helpful).
How can I move assets over from one syncro to another.

Not sure about tickets, but for the assets, I think you would need to reinstall the agent due to the customer ID.
Probably worth creating a ticket with Syncro to see if they can do the heavy lifting for you.
@anon9808962 once you have an answer to this, would you mind sharing your findings?
I don’t know where, but I read once that there’s a registry value you can change to change the customer id. After a reboot it takes effect. I could be fuzzy and have it wrong but try a search with that in mind.
