Assign product to a ticket?


I am digging into the ‘parts and services’ area of Syncro and have a question. Is there a way to assign a part to a ticket easily? I’d hope that I could simply choose an option, enter a part number (or even better a SKU) and add that part to the ticket. I’ve been digging through the docs and I can’t seem to find anything about it.

Any advice is appreciated.

Did you check in the Add/View Charges button?

Hah no problem. Every platform puts things in different places. Once you learn the flow it’s easy enough :).
