I am trying to finish up a ticket created from an estimate which includes multiple parts. Well, this particular customer has another estimate that has been converted to a ticket with still more parts. So when I wanted to add a part order to the first ticket, the second ticket came up in the selection dropdown box, and I selected the second ticket (because the description of the tickets is not long enough to where you can see the ticket number - you all need to fix that). So now the part order is on the wrong ticket. How can I remove it from the ticket it’s on, and get it on the correct ticket?
