Hey everyone, I wanted to announce the two winning submissions from our new Community-Driven Development Track program. This month, both winning submissions are from the same user, which has actually never happened before. So a big shout out to Jimmie Catravas for being the first to ever accomplish that feat!
Jimmie’s first request is for Global Script Variables. These would in effect be account-wide variables that can be pulled into scripts as a new variable type.
His second request is per-user Asset views (like Tickets), along with the ability to set a default view as well.
I personally love both of these, and they’re now being sent off to our engineering team for scoping to ensure they meet the qualifications of this program.
