Is there a way to create a service catalog in Syncro or via an integration?
You mean like a list of products, or are you looking for something that would integrate with like Ingram or something to pull in SKUs and that sort of things for proposals?
Hi @danielm,
Would this be for your customers to make requests via self-service (laptops, software, etc.) or for more traditional ITIL tracking of Requests vs Break/Fix Incidents?
Generally if we want to allow our customers to make requests that would be in a traditional Service Catalog for our team to fulfill, we would put the request form in the self-service/intranet tool they leverage and create a ticket in Syncro through an integration. We would post all of the necessary request info in the initial ticket comment as opposed to populating multiple custom fields, but we did not require any real automation based on that data so that was fine for us.
Thanks.
Hello @paul.wydra !
I think he means like HaloPSA handles it, basically on the Self-Service portal, you can add items, that based on a configurable form, create a specific incident that directly contains all info for X to happen
For example:
-Onboarding of employee
Creates a tickets that needs future email of employee, hr id, etc etc
