I finally gave up waiting and have added coding and webhook steps to do what we need in Syncro/Zapier. We’ve done some amazing automations this way with being able to have a ticket queue in Slack that allows you to react, comment and have comments be public/private on ticket, bill time, etc. It’s pretty cool.
