Continuing the discussion from Mar 1-15, 2023 Release Notes:

Can we get some clarity on what this means exactly? As it sounds like now an email is being sent, even with ‘do not email’ enabled.

That’s how I read it too, but it sounds like it’s only for tickets that were opened/created via e-mail, which would generally make sense that you would want to email them back or the option?
