Cant reach customer detail

The problem is still occurring with us,

…along with new Ticket Comment problems:

Line breaks not showing in ticket comments; outgoing emails showing as Public Notes

The Customer Detail page is now DOWN. [Screenshot 2022-08-19 150357] Here is the result — no line breaks and it shows as a Public Notes, but it was an email! [Screenshot 2022-08-19 150414] The good news is – the email does send with line breaks.
