Audience Rating instead of Public Notes

Is anyone else seeing that Public Notes is gone when replying to a ticket and now there is “Audience Rating”?

It gets weirder, its only the one ticket that is doing it.

I just took a look at the ticket you PM’d me and it’s populating those items correctly for me. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and then logging into your Syncro instance and viewing that ticket while in Incognito mode and tell if you are seeing the same thing?
