Attention: SNMP Monitoring Device Known Issue, Workaround, and Expected Turnaround Time

Hi Syncro partners,

Just wanted to make you all aware of an issue that has been raised with our team.

Known Issue: Some SNMP monitoring devices (Both SNMPv2 and V3 in EA) are failing with timeout messages when device addresses are configured using hostnames instead of IP addresses

Workaround: If you are affected, please update your SNMP configurations to use the target device’s IP address instead of hostnames. This is the suggested workaround until we get the agent update out next week (Wednesday).
