Unable to edit text in Leads

Starting roughly a month ago we’ve been unable to edit the text of a lead when it comes it. It’s common that we’ll want to go in and delete any unnecessary information before creating the ticket to keep it clean. We used to be able to click in the text area of the lead to make changes but it no longer works.

I’ve reached out to support on this several times and have been told to change ‘convert’ to ‘edit’ in the URL to be directed to a page that will let us edit the text but it’s a cumbersome process.

Is there any update on when this is going to be fixed?

Hi @KeithSimmons, we plan to review this issue in the coming weeks. I do not have an exact timeline but I do know it is in the queue to be scoped for a fix.
