Issue losing Lead formatting

When a lead comes in, if it has any formatting at all, I lose all formatting as soon as any change is made to the lead, be that a change in the body of the lead, setting the ticket problem type, changing the ticket subject, anything. In fact, even if I click into a field and then think better of it and cancel, that still prompts a refresh that removes all formatting.

This is annoying in the best of case, and extremely annoying when the loss of formatting causes images to become attachments instead of inline, or when the formatting is important to what’s being sent, etc.

Is there any work being done to resolve this issue because we’ve been dealing with it for many months and it’s not getting any less annoying for us, just moreso.
