Anyway to have two-way sync with Slack and SyncroMSP? Can a trigger word in a specific channel open a ticket in SyncroMSP and the agent respond to the ticket and appear in That same slack channel?

Hi Erick! It’s just one way, you may be able to do something with the API but there aren’t any outgoing webhooks from Syncro to utilize in other applications at this time. Other users may have some suggestions so I’ll leave the floor open!

Syncro can natively push ticket notifications to slack. This is how we do it.

Coincidence, I was setting up this afternoon! Question, how do you handle the Slack replies to that same post - creates new tickets no?
