Ticket timers no longer rounding up, old timers showing wrong values

For the past 2 or 3 days all staff have been having issues with the ticket timers suddenly showing exact minutes instead of the rounded up time. Old tickets are also impacted too. We confirmed we have not changed the ticket timer settings, and if looking under Add/View Charges, the rounded up time shows

i.e. We worked on something from 11:00am-11:53am. Our timer should round up to the next 30 minutes, so should show 60 minutes. Issue is the stopped timer should show 60, but instead shows 53.4 minutes, and the add/view line item shows the correct expected 11:00a-12:00p
