Ticket Content Issues

We are aware of the reports coming in regarding HTML code appearing in ticket communications. We are working to resolve the issue.

I didn’t notice, I think my brain automatically converts HTML code.

If it was just a visual issue, it would be no problem, but the customer is receiving the code as well. The second reply to my ticket looked normal, it was just the check-in that had visible code.
