Syncro Chat autoreply

A while back I believe there was a chat autoreply, but I cant find it anywhere. I have reached out to help with no reply. Can someone point me to where the chat autoreply is? Thanks!

I believe that one would be the autoresponder, which would be added from the policy in the system tray section.
