Splashtop Owner

Trying to write a script so I can see who owns the splashtop of a device. I know the following two pop up when looking at the reg keys, but I dont see these two entries for our install version.

CSRSTeamName / CSRSTeamOwner

Is there another way to see who owns the install splashtop so I can make sure its ours and not someone elses? Even a ID would be fine. Looking over two different Splashtops to see if there was any other things I could track down, but it does seem like the Splashtop that Syncro installs is different, but no way to really track if that is own by us or someone else.

So far my answer is this isnt possible to do with RMM version of their software. I am still looking to see if there an ID at least… sort of like how screen connect has an ID that goes along with their install.

I am sure no one will replay:) but figure I try to track where I am with this. The goal is just to make sure what we “see” is what should be there, and not coming from a 3rd party source.

I looked at logs when someone else had a similar question and the best I got was some sort of session key. This was where I put up some info. YMMV

I would try to accomplish this using the BYO splashtop option and then script the install to include your desired identifiers.
