We take customer signatures when taking a device in and creating a new ticket. Signatures are still saved to the ticket itself on Syncro; However with the new PDF system the signatures don’t show up on the render PDF document, weather printed or digital. This issue was originally mentioned in the PDF System Upgrade Post but was removed at some point during the end of last week, and we’re still experiencing this issue. Is this issue still being tracked? Are there any updates?
