Hello Syncro Team,
Please can you add GoCardless to the UK variant of Syncro. I requested this feature last year and not having the option for my customers to be charged by direct debit is really causing us huge issues and im sure it’s also causing other users problems as well.
Is there any news on this? I have been chasing for this since January 2024.
We’re in the UK and are using the Xero integration to ‘bridge’ to GoCardless. The Syncro ‘Reports’ for accounting purposes are either poor or simply wrong, so Xero is our accounting go-to anyhow.
Yeah using the Xero option isn’t feasable to my business as we use another invoice system and don’t really wish to make the switch over to Xero as it would be a big hassle.
I don’t understand as to why Syncro can’t just make an intergration with GoCardless just like how they have with Stripe and all of the other payment solutions. It makes no sense to me.
