You should be creating scripts for this utilizing msiexec, or similar.
The community script hub may have some templates for you to look at and modify to fit your scope.
Most AV removal is not scriptable for security reasons. Install on the other hand is certainly doable. Besides the ones syncro integrates there’s some script in the library. The AV company will probably provide a script or at least command line options for silent install.
