The Syncro Community Q3 Top Contributor Is…
@des.quinn ! Congratulations on being our top contributor these past couple of months!
On behalf of the entire Syncro community team, thank you for your activity, support, and generosity in helping both us and your fellow members.
Who am I? Bill Fisk (@fiskenator), Spearhead Consulting, networking-security-servers. Prior to my consultancy, I worked for large corporations in the networking field.
What is my MSP? When did I start? What is my “why”? We officially started in 2000 after I was laid off from my network manager job. I had to still work for other companies at first. Apparently my wife wanted a more stable income. So I would do consulting jobs to keep my skills fresh when I was working for others. My why is the fact that I love technology. It provides me an opportunity to provide for my family and we’re still around because Spearhead Consulting makes relationships with our clients. My longest client is 21 years.
Shoutout to the community! Normally I don’t get much involved with forums unless I’m desperate to find answers to an issue. But I have to say that I really love the Syncro community. From all of my interactions, everyone is very eager to help and are very nice about it. Especially when it comes to the scripting. I’m so glad we finally came into the light and joined an RMM/XMM to help me be a better consultant providing better service and saving myself so much time. I’m thankful for everyone here that takes time away from their companies to help my business grow.
PS. Bill also tells great jokes
