I wanted to personally write to you this morning to acknowledge that our scheduled April 12th maintenance did not go as expected and may have resulted in an impact to your business. For that, I deeply apologize.
Our maintenance window was planned to make core infrastructure upgrades. These upgrades were intended to improve the scalability, reliability and overall speed of the Syncro platform.
There were numerous things that we could have done better and we will conduct a full post mortem on this issue and share more details with you, including our go-forward plan, later this week.
If anyone is still impacted or experiencing issues from this event, I urge you to contact Support so that we can help resolve the issue.
