Just a quick thought… I would definitely consider changing everything back to the “Syncro Green.” Green psychologically causes people to feel calm, just like when you look at a open green field, it’s calming… So just that aspect alone I think is a good idea…
I downloaded a copy of the Octopus Favicon incase I ever have to manually put that in for my custom icon for the agents.

I am thankful they have left the user interface alone and not plastered that awful brown/orange all over it. It still has the “Syncro green” colour when you mouse over.

Can we permanently hide the Ticket View slide out on the left? It pops back out whenever the page is refreshed.

Not currently, but let me raise that with the product folks. It would be nice if it was persistent (per user).
