Microsoft 365 Sync - Timezone UTC, not Local in Outlook 365

G’day all,

As my first 2 words may have revealed, I’m in Australia. I have an issue that is probably super easy to fix, but I can’t figure it out. When we book in appointments in Syncro, it syncs to our calendars, but the appointments are created in UTC timezone. Is there a way to get it to use the local timezone instead? Everything else we do, all other systems don’t seem to have this problem, just Syncro. It’s confusing our customers.

I’m sure its something silly I’m missing, but would prefer to be confirmed I’m dumb than wonder :wink:

Have you checked the integration?

If not got to the app centre> appointments and check if it’s using your business hours.
