Appointment booking Sync

Not sure if I have missed a setting someplace but my booking calendar doesn’t appear to be syncing very well anymore. I am using office 365/Outlook and up til today 9/2/24 it seemed ok but now up through Friday 9/6/24 I am only showing 2 slots available, one on the 3rd and other the 6th. I will try and attach screenshots maybe someone has an idea what to check. My outlook calendar is booked on the 4th and morning of the 5th but the booking calendar has not spots available on the 5th. We have found that using the updated version of cal sync stops working after a time. Moved back to the old one (which was supposed to be done with by March 31st) and that still works reliably.

Setting I’m talking about is on the page:
[your company].syncromsp.com/my_calendars

Thank you this has helped and appears to be syncing with the older version.

Switching back to the old setting lasted a couple of days then stopped syncing. I have switched to the new and at the moment appears to be in sync.
