Ticketing

  • Resolved error with Ticket View ‘Set as Default’ value always setting to ‘true’ in modal when you click Modify View button
  • Resolved error with Ticket Index Table color changing to match new UI unexpectedly
  • Added ticket comment subject column and selection to canned responses
  • Removed admin menu from recurring tickets page and add search functionality

Asset management

  • Added security groups for creating system checks on assets (will be under Asset - Edit now)

Reporting

  • Resolved error with scheduled reports sending out multiple emails

Miscellaneous

  • Resolved error where clicking on links opened new tabs rather than loading pages
