Include the “Check-In” from tickets in the reports

I would like to see an option to include the “Check-In” from tickets in the reports. My boss doesn’t get a lot of info if the subject line is just “HELP!” Is there currently a way to add this to a report?

This is most likely a feature request, but could you be specific about which reports? What data, exactly, do you want to see? What would it look like?
